No. Moorfox has no ticketing or billing and none is planned. Teams pair Moorfox with whatever helpdesk they already run.

Is there a per-user price?
Only for attended quick support, at $10 per technician per month. The rest is per device: the first 10 are free, then $2 per device per month, billed on the highest number of active devices on any single day that month.
