SLA uptime calculator
Uptime percentages sound interchangeable until they are minutes. Enter a percentage to see the downtime it permits per day, week, 30-day month, quarter and year.

Reading an SLA with this open
Check the measurement window (per month resets the meter monthly; per year lets one bad day eat the whole budget), what counts as down (maintenance windows usually do not), and the remedy (service credits are typically a small percentage of one month's fee, not your losses). Never promise a client tighter uptime than your suppliers promise you.
You cannot honour an SLA you cannot see.
Moorfox shows live online state and heartbeat history for every managed machine, so when the monthly report says 99.9%, there is data behind it.
